Orders & Production

How long does it take to receive my order?
All products are made on demand. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus delivery time. UK delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of being placed. After this, production will have begun and we are unable to make changes. Please contact us immediately via our Contact page if you need to cancel.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by region — please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Who is responsible for customs charges?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. These are not included in our prices.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?
Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for incorrect size selections. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Our on-demand production model means we only make what's ordered, significantly reducing overproduction and waste. Some products are also made from organic or recycled materials — check individual product descriptions for details.
