Our Commitment to Quality
All our vintage-inspired apparel and accessories are custom-printed to order just for you. We take pride in quality, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at hello@thrifttreasure.net within 30 days of delivery. We'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund - no return shipping required.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defective or damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
Custom-Made Items
Because each item is custom-printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Color differences due to monitor settings
- Minor print placement variations

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt. However, as our products are custom-made to order, this right does not apply under EU consumer law exceptions for personalized goods.
Processing Refunds
Once we've approved your refund for a defective or damaged item, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
