How We Ship Your Order

At Thrifty, every item is custom-printed to order, giving you unique vintage-inspired pieces made just for you. Here's what to expect:

Production Time

Once you place your order, our print partner begins creating your item. Production typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the product type and current order volume. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is in production.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, your order ships via standard carriers. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
  • European Union: 5-10 business days
  • United States: 7-14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing for international orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions - sign up for our email list to be notified!

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the UK, please be aware:

  • You may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices
  • Customs processing may add additional time to delivery

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Because items are made-to-order, we cannot modify or cancel orders once production has begun (usually within 24 hours of purchase).

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@thrifttreasure.net with your order number. We'll work with our shipping partners to locate your package.
